In our small non-profit, you won't just be part of the team; you'll have the chance to get your hands dirty, from constructing wind turbines to contributing to grant proposals.

About the Position
Mentor positions are available year-round and applications are accepted on a rolling basis. The length of the mentorship depends on you! We typically host mentors for either 120 hours, a single semester, or up to a 5 month period. Summer and winter break are also available.
Most mentors are hired as assistant environmental educators, but our organization believes that everyone has something to offer. Change is Simple welcome all individuals to apply, even if you don't feel you have a relevant background!
Our office is small, our team is welcoming, and everything we do is naturally full of energy and laughter. A mentorship with Change is Simple will allow you to learn more about the environment, become an active member in the community, and develop your communication and speaking skills, among other things.
